4. WILL DATA BE TRANSFERRED TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EEA?
Open Architects SA is a company incorporated under Swiss law and based in the Swiss Confederation. The website is built and managed through the Wix.com platform, provided by Wix.com Ltd., a company based in Israel. Pursuant to Annex 1 to the Ordinance of 31 August 2022 on Data Protection (Data Protection Ordinance, DPO), Israel is recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as a country that ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data.
To provide hosting, maintenance, security and technical infrastructure management services, Wix processes users' personal data through its own data centres and technology service providers located in various countries, including the United States, the European Union, Israel, India, Ukraine, etc. Any transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection under the Swiss FADP are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS? HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
Under the FADP, you have the following rights:
- to obtain the rectification of inaccurate or outdated personal data;
- to be informed in writing and free of charge whether personal data concerning you are being processed;
- to prevent the disclosure of any sensitive personal data to third parties;
- to obtain the portability of personal data or request that they be transferred to third parties;
- to request the restriction or blocking of data processing, the prevention of disclosure of data to third parties, or the rectification or destruction of personal data;
- to request the prohibition of specific processing of personal data and specific disclosure of personal data to third parties, or the deletion or destruction of certain personal data;
- where neither the accuracy nor the inaccuracy of personal data can be established, to request the addition of a note indicating that the data are disputed;
- to request that rectification, destruction or blocking, particularly in relation to disclosure to third parties, as well as the note recording the dispute or the judgment, be communicated to third parties or published;
- to have the processing of personal data declared unlawful;

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if a user considers that the processing of their data infringes the FADP, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
